Weaving with care
The program aims to encourage community members to create and donate handmade items for charity. It begins in the year and concludes before the winter holidays. Collected items from various regions across the U.S. are given to a charity for distribution. Donated items can include blankets, sweaters, booties,, scarves, and other clothing. AFNA collaborates with a non-profit organization, CARE TO KNIT, INC., based in North Babylon, New York.

Calendar Project
AFNA's year-end fundraising campaign is essential for kickstarting our projects for the upcoming year. Since its inception in 2013, this program has successfully provided a variety of calendars—wall, table, and digital formats. These calendars are just practical tools; they serve as a heartfelt token of appreciation for our generous donors who make our work possible. Your support helps us continue our mission and create impactful projects in the community.

Flood Relief in Assam
Each year, AFNA supports flood-affected villages in Assam through a phased approach:
Phase 1: Immediate Relief – Funding essential non-perishable items for those severely impacted
Phase 2: Recovery – Supporting tools, livestock, and livelihood restoration.AFNA also invests in long-term solutions through programs like Adopt-A-Village, focused on sustainable infrastructure and resilience.

AFNA Run
The AFNA Walk and Run is an annual family friendly event organised by AFNA across multiple locations in North America to raise funds and awareness towards projects and volunteering efforts by the organisation.
People from all age groups and demographics are welcome to participate.
The AFNA Walk and Run was successfuly launched in the San Francisco Bay Area and over the years this has been expanded to many different states and cities in the US such as Houston, Los Angeles, New Jersey, Detroit and San Diego
