Become a member of the foundation

A member is someone who can vote on Assam Foundation of North America matters as laid down in our constitution. For example, a member can vote to elect the office bearers and directors at our Annual General Body Meeting.

If you would like to become a member, you can mail in your application or do it online.

Please download, print, and complete the Membership Form (90 KB)^*. Please mail the completed form and a check for $25 made out to Assam Foundation of North America for your annual membership fee to:
